Strategy:

At Par-O-Law we capitalize on the co-opting of existing, established, professional Paralegal firms as a preferred method of service delivery. As such, Par-O-Law Canada Inc. avoids the liabilities of 'bricks & mortar', thereby reducing our operating cost substantially.

Risk mitigation occurs during times of low demand in that the Associate firms are already self-supporting, so we are able to continue to pass these savings on to our clients in the form consistently reduced fees.

All our Agents are held to a very high standard of Professional Conduct and Ethics, and must protect their client with Error and Omissions Insurance at all times.
